Flat embroidery vs 3D puff
Flat embroidery sits level with the fabric — clean, sharp, and correct for detailed logos with fine text or small elements. 3D puff embroidery is raised over a foam base, giving a bold, premium look that works best on thick lettering and simple shapes. If your logo has both, we can combine the two on one cap.
Free logo digitisation
Embroidery machines cannot read a JPG — the artwork must first be digitised into a stitch file, and the quality of that digitisation is what determines whether your logo looks crisp or muddy. We digitise your logo free of charge, and send you a mockup before a single stitch is sewn.
Beyond standard thread
Applique embroidery (fabric-on-fabric, for a vintage textured feel), metallic thread for premium and awards merchandise, and glow-in-the-dark thread for event and nightlife caps. Embroidery can be placed on the front, side panels, back and even under the brim.
Embroidery Caps Manufacturer — FAQs
QDo you charge for logo digitisation?
No. We digitise your logo into an embroidery file free of charge, and send you a mockup for approval before production starts.
QMy logo has fine text — will it embroider clearly?
Very small text can lose definition in thread. Send us your logo and we will tell you honestly whether flat embroidery will hold the detail, or whether a printed or patch method would give you a better result.
QI don't have a logo file, only a photo. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Send the photo — even of an existing cap or letterhead — and our design team will recreate it as a clean vector, free of charge.
