Screen printing
The workhorse of high-volume cap branding. Vivid, flat, cost-effective, and excellent for bold logos with a limited colour count. This is what we used on the Dedicated Freight Corridor order — thousands of pieces, consistent from first cap to last.
Sublimation printing
Unlimited colours, photographic detail, and full-panel or all-over designs. If your artwork is a gradient, a photograph or a complex illustration, sublimation is the only method that will reproduce it faithfully.
Heat transfer and puff printing
Heat transfer delivers sharp edges and works well for fine detail and small text. Puff printing gives a raised, tactile effect similar to 3D embroidery but at a lower cost and lighter weight — increasingly popular for streetwear.
Printed Caps Manufacturer — FAQs
QPrinting or embroidery — which should I choose?
Embroidery is more durable and looks more premium; printing handles complex colours and photographic detail, and is cheaper at high volume. Send us your logo and quantity and we will recommend the right one honestly, even if it is the cheaper option.
QWill a printed logo crack or peel?
Not if it is done properly. We use quality inks and proper curing. That said, for caps that will see heavy daily use over years, embroidery remains the more durable choice.
QCan you print a full-colour photograph on a cap?
Yes — sublimation printing handles photographic images and gradients across the full panel.
